Quick Summary
Passing Criteria: 40% per subject | 50% Aggregate
The ICAI typically declares the CA Foundation result 2026 approximately 45-60 days after the examination concludes. Candidates can access their scorecards via the official ICAI portal, icai.nic.in, using their registration number and roll number. A minimum of 40% in each subject and 50% aggregate is required to pass.
Accessing your CA Foundation result 2026 requires navigating the official ICAI result portal. When results are declared, traffic on the official website often spikes, similar to the server congestion seen during other major national exam announcements like the UP Board Result 2026. To avoid frustration, ensure you have your registration number and roll number ready. If the main server is unresponsive, ICAI often provides alternative links or SMS services to retrieve provisional mark sheets. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth check:
1. Visit the official ICAI results website: icai.nic.in.
2. Locate the link for 'CA Foundation Result 2026'.
3. Enter your 6-digit roll number and PIN or registration number.
4. Complete the captcha verification and click 'Submit'.
5. Download your result and save a digital copy for future reference.
Key Points for Students

- ✓Use a stable internet connection to avoid session timeouts.
- ✓Download the PDF scorecard immediately for future CA Intermediate registration.
The CA Foundation result 2026 is governed by strict ICAI guidelines. Unlike standard university exams, the CA course follows a professional competency model where verification is limited to the marks tallying process. According to official ICAI notifications, if you do not meet the 40% subject-wise and 50% aggregate threshold, you must reappear in the next examination cycle. Successful candidates should immediately begin the registration process for the CA Intermediate course. It is crucial to note that the ICAI does not provide grace marks; the result is a precise reflection of your performance in the subjective and objective papers. For students looking to pivot or supplement their professional journey, platforms like Kampus Filter provide transparent insights into integrated finance programs and university-based commerce degrees that align with CA preparation.
