Quick Summary
Max Age: 25 Years | Min Age: None | Class 12 Cutoff: 50% Aggregate
Under SVKM's NMIMS guidelines, the maximum age limit for NPAT is 25 years as of the last day of application or admission, with no specified minimum age limit. Applicants must also have passed their Class 12 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in required subjects.
Navigating entrance exams for undergraduate programs requires meticulous attention to eligibility criteria set by governing authorities. For the NMIMS Programs After Tenth and Twelfth (NPAT) exam, SVKM's NMIMS outlines precise boundaries regarding candidate age and academic history. Specifically, an applicant cannot be more than 25 years of age as of the closing date of applications or the final admission stage. Conversely, there is no lower age limit prescribed, allowing young achievers who finished school early to apply seamlessly.
Beyond the age boundary, academic qualifications form the backbone of NPAT eligibility. Candidates must have successfully cleared their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board. Meeting these criteria is mandatory, as final verification takes place during counseling and document verification rounds, where discrepancies can lead to immediate cancellation of admission.
Key Points for Students
- ✓Maximum Age Limit: 25 years as of the last day of application or admission date.

Adherence to official university prospectuses and AICTE/UGC statutory frameworks ensures that entrance procedures remain transparent for students across India. According to recent data from official institutional handbooks and verified exam portals, the 25-year upper age threshold is strictly enforced to maintain a standardized peer cohort for professional undergraduate courses like BBA, B.Sc. Finance, and B.Com (Hons). Students are advised to keep birth certificates, 10th-grade passing certificates, and 12th mark sheets ready for scrutiny to avoid any administrative hurdles during registration.
